RRICG is integrated by a cross section of experts in different business areas, whose principal objective is to evaluate and interpret an organization’s management systems in order to develop a recommendation and a course of action to improve current business overall operations.

RRICG is focused on improving businesses so they are able to attain their maximum potential, and to attain this goal, RRICG has developed a complete process to analyze business/Clients. New Clients undergo a complete business analysis which will allow RRICG to determine the Client’s strengths and weaknesses. Many business owners believe that they know what their problems are and how to solve them. This often not the case. That's why every Company needs an external consultant, such as RRICG, to provide an independent review and diagnostic of the issues that hinder the Company’s progress.

The financial and business review process is designed to detect situations that are contrary to effective and/or efficient business practices. The scope of the analysis of procedures can take hours, days and in some cases weeks of review and observation.

This will result in RRICG being able to develop a report to be presented to the Management or Client’s BOD. This report will include information of the business operation, management of its finances, and the issues or problems, they entail. As its conclusion RRICG will present and discuss at length, the most practical steps or action that should be taken to solve the deficiencies found in RRICG’s review. Subsequently, the Company can choose to implement the changes internally, hire outside assistance from professionals, such as, independent accountants and lawyers or choose to have RRICG implement the changes.

RRICG has found that a major weakness in a significant amount of businesses is the need of adequate funds to meet the lack of liquidity in today’s market conditions. As part of our analysis we will develop ,in first instance, alternatives to be able to accumulate cash from internal sources. We also will advise the Company of potential outside sources for securing needed funds.
